If you subscribe online using this form, your setup fee will be reduced by $25. All fees are billed and/or charged in advance. Pre-paid fees are not refundable if account is closed before its scheduled maturity. There are substantial discounts for multi-year contracts on T1 services.
A concurrent connection allows two or more computers to connect at the same time using the same account. With all metered accounts you can exceed the accounts limits. There is a $1 surcharge for each additional hour. All accounts allow for static IP addresses.

If you do not chose credit card or direct debit, you must send to the address below a $100 deposit to open your business account, which will be credited towards your first invoice. You will receive an exact invoice after your account is opened. If the remaining balance is not received within 10 days, your account will be expired until full payment is received.
